Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall govern the relationship between RIMALINUM, UAB, having its postal address at Smetonos str. 5 – 303, 01115 Vilnius, Litthuania (hereinafter referred to the “Company” or “Rimalinum” or “Us” or “Our” or “We”) and you (hereinafter referred to “You” or “Your” or “User” or “Users” or “Customers”) when you make any purchases or place orders on our site, i.e. www.rimalinum.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site” or “Platform”).

This document has been made in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (simply called “GDPR”) and Directive 2000/31/EC (simply called “E-commerce Directive, 2000”) of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and Rimalinum. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you may not purchase our products or place an order with us. Besides this, you shall purchase and use the products available through the Site, and may return the same, in strict compliance with this Policy and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations that you may be subject to (collectively referred to as, “Applicable Laws”).

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy statement.

Acceptance of this Policy

By placing an order with us, returning/exchanging the products so purchased, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of this Policy, you hereby represent that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Shipment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy and any future updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the Website or as otherwise may be communicated to you.
• You are of sound mind and at least of such minimum legal age as per the jurisdiction in which you reside, in order to form a binding contract with us. In case you are not of the age of majority as per the laws of the jurisdiction that you reside in, then you must have the permission of your lawful guardian to place an order or make purchases on the Website.
• We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.

• Product Description: We use our best endeavour to provide accurate and materially complete description of all the products listed on our Website. However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
• Quick view type feature: We may offer a quick view type feature for various products listed on our Site. This feature allows you to view price information about the product and add the product to your cart without opening the product page. This feature is for your convenience only. In case, you want full details about a particular product, please visit the product page.

Pricing Disclaimer

• We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products listed on the Site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Rimalinum reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or other written communication. Besides this, Rimalinum reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price of the concerned Product. We may also update the prices of the Products, from time to time, at our sole discretion.

Returns and Refunds

• Return: We, at Rimalinum believe in delivering quality. Therefore, if for some reason you receive a defective product from us, you may be able to return the same and get a refund for it. You can do so only for certain products where there is a visible imperfection, tears in the product material or finish. You can raise a return request for faulty products within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. You shall be responsible for the return shipment as well as the return shipping fee. Post this period of 14 (fourteen) days, your order shall become final sale, and would not be eligible for any return request.
• Items which cannot be returned: Because of the nature of below items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for the following:
• Custom-made or personalized orders
• Couch covers
• Duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, bath towels (for health/hygiene reasons)
• The product that you wish to return must be unused, and returned in the original condition in which it was shipped, including but not limited to the packaging box and any tags. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return request.
• Return Shipment: In case for eligible returns, we shall be responsible to bear all the cost and expenses of the return shipping.
• Return Request and Refund: In case of your return request for faulty products, after you send the product back to us, we will examine the faulty product and your claim within a period of 7 (seven) days from the receipt of the product. It is only upon our satisfaction of the genuineness of your claim (in our sole discretion), that you would be entitled to a refund. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment or as a gift card, within a period of another 7 (seven) days from the date we approve your return request. In case that we are unable to process your refund in your original payment method, we will contact you to discuss the refund options. Under no circumstances can items purchased as Final Sale be returned. Moreover, in case of refunds, only the actual amount paid by you for the product at the time of checkout will be refunded.

How to request the return and refund

To return your order, please email us. You will have to fill in the Return Form before returning the items. We require the following information from you: a) order number, b) your name, c) surname, d) contact phone number, e) e-mail address, and f) the reason for the return. If you are returning a defective product, it would be a good idea to include photos showing the defect. When we receive your return request, we will contact you for more details and product return terms.

Reservation of Right

• We may, in our sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product that you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, if we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances that we, in our sole discretion, deem fit.
• We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take such steps as may be reasonably necessary to verify your identity for processing your order.
• We will either, not charge you, or refund the charges for orders that we cancel or do not process.
• Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the Products that you order or purchase from the Website, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
